- 3 ripe bananas (4 if small)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- Mash bananas with fork.
- Stir in other ingredients.
- Pour in Teflon or buttered 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan
- Bake 1 hour in preheated 325 degree oven.
