- 3 lbs roast
- 3 bay leaves
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 14 oz. ketchup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. pickling spice
- 30 ginger snaps
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in crockpot.
- Add just enough water to cover the meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove meat and slice. Strain the gravy. Combine gravy and meat to serve.
